Smash Burgers On Blackstone Griddle

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper
  • 8 slices Tomato
  • 1 sliced Onion
  • 4 pieces lettuce
  • 4 Buns
  • 4 sliced American cheese
  • Some melted butter
  • 4 tbsp Ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise (Each should have 4 tablespoons)

Instructions

  • Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  • Take a large bowl and add the ground beef, salt and black pepper together. Mix everything well.
  • Form the prepared ground beef into patties. You can use a round jar lid to making the patties. But remember, the lid should be the size of a bun.
  • Pour some melted butter on Blackstone preheated surface and cook the first side of patties until the bottom is perfectly browned.
  • Now, flip the pattiy over and place the american cheese on it and cook until the cheese melted.
  • While the patties cooking, toast the buns on griddle.
  • Once the patties are ready, simply place the patty onto the bottom half of the toasted bun.
  • Add your desired toppings such as onions, sliced tomatoes, and lettuce.
  • Add sauces like ketchup, mayonnaise or mustard.
  • And finally, your smash burger is ready!
