Blackstone Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 3 cups Cooked rice (Cooled)
  • 1/2 cup Diced onions
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots and peas
  • 2 Light beaten eggs
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Grinded black pepper
  • 1/3 pounds Cubed chicken, beef, shrimp or tofu (Optional)
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your griddle to medium heat.
  • Spread one teaspoon cooking oil with spatula on griddle.
  • When the griddle is hot, fry the diced onions until they become slightly brown. Then push the onions to one side and cooked the carrots and peas until it become soft.
  • If you are using protine, cut them into cubed pieces and fry until they fully cooked.
  • Move the all prepared vegetable and prtotein to one side of griddle and add beaten eggs on surface. Scrampled the eggs and copped into small pieces.
  • Add one teaspoon more oil and pour the cooked cooled rice on griddle. Add soy sauce and seasnings on it and cooks for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Now its time to mix everything together and cook for about a minut.
  • Finally serve and enjoy!
