How To Make Blackstone Smash Burgers (Step-by-step)
Step 1
First, preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Combine ground beef, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix everything well.
Step 3
Form the seasoned ground beef into patties. You can also use a jar lid that is round and has a plain surface.
But remember, the lid should be the size of a bun. Not too small and not too big. If you haven’t that sized lid, you can form the ground beef into balls.
Step 4
Pour some melted butter onto the preheated Blackstone and place the prepared patties on it. Cook the one side of the patty for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom is perfectly browned.
Step 5
Flip the patty over and add the cheese. Cook the patties until the cheese melted.
Step 6
While the east side of the patties is cooking, toast the buns on the griddle. You can also use a separate toaster if you have one.
Step 7
Once the cheese is melted on the patties and they are ready, simply place the patty onto the bottom half of the toasted bun.

Now it’s time to add your desired toppings such as onions, sliced tomatoes, and other condiments like ketchup, mayonnaise or mustard.

- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
- 8 slices Tomato
- 1 sliced Onion
- 4 pieces lettuce
- 4 Buns
- 4 sliced American cheese
- Some melted butter
- 4 tbsp Ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise (Each should have 4 tablespoons)
